What Brooke Wore #1

A Slice of My Life Wales

During our early morning milk session today I came across this little linky on Twitter and thought it would be fun to join in. Love love the idea & you can join in over on Leanne's blog A Slice of My Life Wales.
I haven't deliberately taken pics of B's outfit this week so I'm just using any photos I happen to have but next week we'll be ready! Hehe

Cardigan - knitted by my nan
Jogging bottoms - Primark
Scratch mitts & socks - Primark
Blanket - Primark

This was just a lazy day at home outfit & we ended up taking Marley out to the park using the baby carrier so I wanted bub wrapped up extra warm and cosy.

Sleepsuit (3 pack) - very.co.uk

Quick snap before bedtime one night.

Romper set - BHS

I love this little romper & t-shirt set! It's so cute. It was actually a gift from my friends mum at my baby shower which was so sweet. We saved this outfit for Brooke's first trip on a train where we took her to meet her great grandad for the first time. He's been very poorly so wasn't able to visit us straight away when Brooke was born and at one point we weren't even sure he'd still be here by the time she was born so it was a special day.

Strawberry romper - Mothercare
Scratch mitts & socks - Primark

Probably one of my favourite items of baby clothing. Every girl needs to dress like a strawberry once in a while right?

Man Utd vest - the megastore at Old Trafford
Leggings (2 pack) - H&M

Being the huge footie fans that we are we were super excited to get B in her Man Utd vests as soon as possible. This was yesterday for the Liverpool game so she obviously brought us luck :) ...even if she doesn't look too impressed, bless her! This was actually 0-3 months so it's pretty big on her but it just means it'll fit for longer!

XOXO

    1. Aaw thank you hun! She'll be 3 weeks on Wednesday, the time is flying by now.
Haha the Man U vests were actually the first thing we bought when we found out we were expecting back in December - we just happened to be in Manchester at the time so it seemed rude not to! Is crazy that now she's wearing them :) xoxo

  2. Awww I think she's the youngest baby I've seen on any style linkup. The little strawberry romper is so cute! As an Everton fan (my sons middle name is Goodison) I obviously have to dislike the man u outfit but it is cute on her. I think footie outfits are really cute on young babies #whatmybabywore

    1. Haha aaw thanks hun! I didn't even think about how young she is, I think I was just too excited to finally be able to join in after all these pretty clothes hanging in the wardrobe unused for months!
Ah that's really cute as a middle
name, so unusual but lovely that it means something personal to you & your partner. I can't wait til she can toddle round in a full kit!

    1. Thanks for stopping by lovely! Everybody seems to love the strawberry outfit, I just couldn't resist when I saw it. Stupidly I thought she'd be born on time in mid-August & it would be baking hot but that didn't end up happening...good job we can layer lots of vests under it really! Haha
